Terry is a high energy leader who loves life and is always on the lookout for a good adventure.  He is a 1985 graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa.  Terry led Rock Point for 24-years.  Under his leadership, by God’s grace, Rock Point was transformed from an unhealthy, struggling church revitalization effort of 20 people, to a thriving church of over 1,000 in Sunday morning worship.  In 2022 Terry passed the baton of Lead Pastor to Jeff Hoenshell. Today, he and his wife Kelly are the founders of Small Church USA.  Terry and Kelly have two married daughters, and six grandchildren.  They enjoy doing ministry together, spending time with their family, traveling, and enjoying life.
